We do our best to get you into your room upon arrival, but we cannot guarantee you will be able to check in before 4:00 PM. We want your room to be perfect for you so our housekeeping team needs time to make that happen.

Please ask the property front desk for more details on late check out. We can sometimes give an extra hour or two but cannot guarantee it. Anything beyond 1:00 PM will incur additional charges.

We require a commitment for the full length of stay based on the booked arrival and departure dates. In the event that you depart early, we do not often have enough time to rebook the room so we do typically charge. Please discuss with our front desk in the event that your travel plans change during your trip.

Minimum age required is 21 with valid ID.

Yes! We love dogs! In the interest of the security and safety of all our guests, we do not allow pets above 40 lbs. We only allow dogs. We charge a cleaning fee is $350 for all pets.

Yes, Roost includes WiFi for all. No additional charge or sign up required.

All apartments include: complimentary WiFi, landline telephones with free local calls, Smart Televisions with your favorite streaming service, and Revo Bluetooth Radios.

We offer our favorite Le Labo products in your apartment upon arrival. We include bar soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and moisturizer.

We recognize the importance of exercise in your daily routine, that is why we offer an on-site fitness center that you can access anytime to avoid any interruptions to your workout routine. Our fitness center offers free weights and weight machines, treadmills, and Peloton Bikes.

Yes, we offer offer accommodations for all of our guests to feel comfortable. ADA rooms are available to book online.

We do not provide parking, but street parking and off-site parking are available near by.

We offer pack 'n plays at all of our locations for our smallest travelers. Please contact the property directly to make arrangements for all the supplies your little ones require.

Yes, we strive to maintain a clean, healthy environment for our guests and ask that you smoke outside in designated areas. If you do smoke in your room or on-site, you will be charged a penalty.

Yes. Please ship them to the property address and note your name and arrival date in an ATTN: line. We do not charge for standard packages. If you have something large or in need of special handling, please contact us directly to confirm.

No, our facilities do not include meeting rooms. Our sales team can typically refer you to the nearest meeting facility for each location.

Yes, we pay commission to travel agents with an active IATA number on applicable rate plans.
