Embrace culture and art while in Cleveland by visiting the impressive Museum of Art. Founded in 1913, the museum has grown to encompass the broadest possible art collection. Exhibits 

The best way to explore the museum is with the ArtLens App. It turns your smartphone into your personal docent with museum maps and endless information about the collections and art on display. Currently, the exhibits are organized into themed collections. These include African, Egyptian, Greek and Roman, the Americas, Chinese, Contemporary, European, Indian and Southeast Asian, Islamic, Japanese, Korean, and Medieval. In addition, the museum’s collections include paintings, prints, photography, textiles, and sculpture. The museum also hosts objects on loan and rotating exhibits from around the world.

Enjoy a meal at the Cleveland Museum of Art at the Provenance Restaurant. This 50-seat restaurant offers an intimate experience while enjoying locally sourced ingredients crafted into luxurious plate offerings. The restaurant also offers lighter fare during specific hours at the Provenance Café, with a special brunch menu available on weekends. 

Events 

The museum hosts several special events throughout the year. These include specialized tours, lectures, and musical performances. You will need to purchase a separate ticket to attend these functions.  

How to Visit 

To visit the museum, you can pay for parking at the museum’s parking garage. The museum is closed on Monday. Tuesday through Sunday, the museum opens at 10am. It closes at 5pm on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday & Sunday, and 9pm on Wednesday & Friday, for your convenience. Visiting the museum’s collections is free to the public, but charges may apply to special exhibitions.

We do our best to get you into your room upon arrival, but we cannot guarantee you will be able to check in before 04:00 PM. We want your room to be perfect for you so our housekeeping team needs time to make that happen.

Please ask the property front desk for more details on late check out. We can sometimes give an extra hour or two but cannot guarantee it. Anything beyond 01:00 PM will incur additional charges.

We require a commitment for the full length of stay based on the booked arrival and departure dates. In the event that you depart early, we do not often have enough time to rebook the room so we do typically charge. Yes! We love pets! In the interest of the security and safety of all our guests, we do not allow pets above 40 lbs. We only allow dogs and cats. We charge a cleaning fee up to $350 pet for all pets (depending on length of stay).
