Built in 2017, the Little Caesars Arena has a unique design with a large concourse that has a transparent plastic roof. This concourse connects the arena to the nearby offices and shipping. This enables the 885,000-square-foot arena to be used for multiple purposes. The arena is built like a bowl, with the floor 40 feet below street level.
