The apartment hotel concept is simple yet thoughtful: rooms you actually like, in a neighborhood you want to live in, for however long you need. Whether you're here for an extended stay or short trip, you'll feel at home in a fully furnished apartment, with all the services and amenities of a boutique hotel.

We do our best to get you into your room upon arrival, but we cannot guarantee you will be able to check in before 4:00 PM. 

For inquiries regarding late check-out, kindly reach out to our front desk. While we strive to accommodate requests for an extra hour or two, we cannot guarantee availability. Please be advised that any check-out beyond 1:00 PM may be subject to additional charges.

We require a commitment for the full length of stay based on the booked arrival and departure dates. In the event that you depart early, please discuss with our front desk and we'll do our best to accommodate your changes. 

Minimum age required is 18 with valid ID.

Yes! Breed and weight restrictions may apply. A non-refundable cleaning fee will be processed upon check-in. Please contact our front desk team for more information.

Yes, ROOST includes WiFi for all. No additional charge or sign up required.

All apartments include: complimentary wireless internet, landline telephones with free local calls, televisions equipped with Apple TV, Bluetooth speaker.

 We encourage you to enjoy our Le Labo bar soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and moisturizer. 

Each unit is fully equipped with a washer and dryer. ROOST will provide a starter kit of laundry pods for your convenience.

Yes, we have a 24/7 state of the art fitness center which includes a yoga studio, Peltons, cardio equipment, and free weights. 

Yes, we offer accommodations for guests with special needs as outlined by the ADA. Please inquire with our front desk team directly so that we can ensure you have an apartment with all of the components required for you.

On-site monthly parking is available for long and short term stays. To make specific arrangements please contact our front desk team. Additional charges will apply. 

ROOST does not have a grocery delivery service. However, our 24/7 front desk team is happy to receive your grocery order and notify you on its arrival. 

We have pack and plays available for our smallest travelers. Please contact the property directly to make arrangements. 

We are a smoke free property. Should smoking be detected in your unit upon departure additional fees will apply. 

Yes. Please ship them to the property address and note your name and arrival date in an ATTN: line. We do not charge for standard packages. If you have something large or in need of special handling, please contact us directly to confirm.

Yes! Our sales team is happy to help with larger groups and special arrangements. Please contact us at reservations@myroost.com for assistance.

No, our facilities do not include meeting rooms. Our sales team can typically refer you to the nearest meeting facility for each location.

Yes, we pay commission to travel agents with an active IATA number on applicable rate plans.
