You’re welcome to temporarily park in front of thebuilding, or you can use the parking garage accessed through the alley behind us. There’s an intercom at the entrance that connects to the front desk, or we can add parking access directly to your key if needed.

We do our best to get you into your room upon arrival, but we cannot guarantee you will be able to check in before 4:00 PM. We want your room to be perfect for you so our housekeeping team needs time to make that happen.

Please ask the property front desk for more details on late check out. We can sometimes give an extra hour or two but cannot guarantee it. Anything beyond 1:00 PM will incur additional charges.

Of course. Just let the front desk know and we’ll provide a ticket for your bag.

We require a commitment for the full length of stay based on the booked arrival and departure dates. In the event that you depart early, we do not often have enough time to rebook the room so we do typically charge. Please discuss with our front desk in the event that your travel plans change during your trip.

Yes! Our entire property is open to guests of all ages. There must be someone 18 or older present to check in.

We offer self-parking in our private parking  garage, accessed through the alley behind the building. Temporary parking in front of the building is available for unloading.

Guest parking must be registered with the front desk at check-in and is billed through your reservation. Rates vary by length of stay: $40 per night for 1–10 nights, $25 per night for 11–29 nights, and $10 per night for stays of 30 nights or more.

Please park in any unassigned space above the 3rd level. Parking access can be added directly to your room key if needed.

We don’t have dedicated EV chargers, but we do provide 120V outlets in the garage that can be used to plug in your own charger. If your vehicle comes with a charger that’s compatible with a 120V outlet, it will most likely be either a NEMA 5-15 or NEMA 5-20 plug — both of which are supported.

Yes! We love pets! In the interest of the security and safety of all our guests, we do not allow pets above 40 lbs. We only allow dogs and cats. We charge a cleaning fee up to $350 for all pets (depending on length of stay).

Yes, ROOST includes WiFi for all. No additional charge or sign-up required.

All apartments include: complimentary wireless internet, landline telephones with free local calls, televisions equipped with Apple TV, Bluetooth speaker.

We offer our favorite Le Labo products in your apartment upon arrival. We include bar soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and moisturizer. These products are paraben-free.

All suites include a washer and dryer. We do not provide detergent. If you have dry cleaning that you would like to send out, we have a provider at each property that can assist. Please contact our concierge for more info.

We offer weekly cleaning services for those staying 7 days or longer. For any additional needs, please contact the Front Desk for further assistance.

Yes. Our fitness experience spans Levels 12 and 13, offering space to move however you like. The studio features reformers, interactive mirrors, and on-demand classes, designed to keep every workout engaging.

Yes. The pool is located on Level 12, overlooking Lady Bird Lake and downtown Austin. Lounge in the sun, cool off with a dip, or relax in a shaded cabana. Towels are provided in your room. Open daily from 8 AM to 10 PM.

Outside food and drinks are prohibited at the pool. However, there is a poolside bar service offering cocktails and light bites. This space brings resort energy home, whether you’re swimming at noon or stargazing at night.

Yes, all of our properties offer facilities for guests with special needs as outlined by the ADA. Please inquire with the property directly so that we can ensure you have an apartment with all of the components required for you.

We offer rollaways and cribs at all of our locations for our smallest travelers. Please contact the property directly to make arrangements for all the supplies your little ones require.

Unfortunately, no. We strive to maintain a clean, healthy environment for our guests and ask that you smoke outside in designated areas. If you do smoke in your room, you will be charged a penalty.

Yes. Please ship them to the property address and note your name and arrival date in an ATTN: line. We do not charge for standard packages. If you have something large or in need of special handling, please contact us directly to confirm.

No, our facilities do not include meeting rooms. Our sales team can typically refer you to the nearest meeting facility for each location.

For payment, we accept American Express, Discover Card, Mastercard, or Visa.

Plans change. If yours do, we just ask that you let us know by 6 PM local hotel time at least 2 days prior to your reservation to avoid a fee.

During peak times and depending on your reservation, our policies may vary, so please refer to the policies specific to your reservation. These can be found during the booking process and in your reservation confirmation email.

We will need to secure your booking with a credit or debit card up front. The cost of that deposit may vary, and during peak times we may require the full cost of your reservation up front— but the remainder of your payment will be charged upon check-in unless stated otherwise. Please check the exact policies for your reservation while booking.

Reservations are guaranteed with a valid credit card at the time of booking. We’ll ask you to verify the payment details upon check-in.

We have a 17% occupancy tax.

Yes, we pay commission to travel agents with an active IATA number on applicable rate plans.
